Manager Jordan is FANTASTIC. I went in for a spray tan using the email promotion. I was total newbie first time ever to the concept. Jordan was very clear about the charges, explained the promotion in plain language, helped me find the right products that would not aggravate my fragrance-provoked allergies. She advised me on the best shade & bronzer according to the look I was going for. The color she advised was PERFECT for my complexion. In the meantime, she artfully handled several tanning bed customers while attending to me & my needs. Excellent service. Very satisfied with my result. Thank you Jordan.

The place is spotless every single time I come in, which makes such a difference—you can tell they really care about keeping everything clean and comfortable. The beds are great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is consistently top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best tanning experience!

I have alway had great experiences with everyone at both offices Arbutus and Glen Burnie, staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They both keep me update on sales and promotions. I love that I go in and sometimes u get an unexpected promotion like an upgrade for the day, I guess that comes from the bosses but still a nice perk. Thanks for always thinking of the customer.
