Had an absolutely phenomenal experience at this location. I came here after having a auto accident prior.
I have never done cryotherapy before, the gentleman helped me with all my questions and concerns. The session was about 6-10minutes start to finish pre cool then in for 2 minutes then post rest. Wasn't nearly as bad as i expected. i did the recommended start for first time users -140 but it can go lower. After getting out i had noticeable improvements to movements in all range of motion.
