It took a bit to figure out how to get the old fan out without taking down the whole hood, but they perservered. In and out in less than a hour, and really nice guys. Walter Electric had good reviews on Google so I decided to give them a shot and I'm glad I did. Tony came out and identified the issues based on the symptoms I described. We called BGE and he explained the issue to them. They verified and confirmed the potential problem. Took BGE 8 hours to locate and fix the issue which turned out to be exactly what Tony thought it was. I would have saved a lot of money if I had called here first.“
