I called other window companies, a sales rep would give the quote and had no knowledge of the installation process, etc.

From the beginning, we were really impressed with Wach, since Russ does the quote (which was lower than the others), and is also involved in the installation with his brother.

We were going to only replace the glass, but after listening to Russ’s expertise we decided to have the entire window replaced.

Wach has an excellent website, which shows the various inside window frame techniques, which a lot of window companies do not do, but was very important to me.

The window was done in a few hours…….and they left the inside and outside cleaner than it was before…. They even covered chairs on either side of the window – which we neglected to do.
