Easily a 5/5 experience from beginning to end. From our initial meeting with Mike to ongoing conversations with Lorna & the installer(s), we felt we were in good hands. They were knowledgeable about both federal & provincial grants that were available and helped to simplify the program. Installation of windows & doors went great, with no mess left behind. We are really pleased with the quality of workmanship & wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

It was a real pleasure working with everyone in this company from start to finish. We requested quotes from 4 different window outfits and after sales reps visited the house and took measurements, only two came through with quotes. The prices were similar and we decided to go with Clear Choice largely because of Mike.Mike was extremely knowledgable, listened carefully, made helpful suggestions, and never tried to upsell. He was very patient with our numerous questions and always responded promptly to additional queries after our first meeting. He made time to meet us at the showroom when we were in the midst of a busy work week and could only get there later in the day....read full review

Stopped in yesterday looking for a plastic clip that broke off one of my windows. I was greeted at the door with a smiling face that was eager to help. She quickly went in the back and returned with exactly what I needed and I was on my way. Customer service the way it should be but rarely is anymore!
