I called other window companies, a sales rep would give the quote and had no knowledge of the installation process, etc.
From the beginning, we were really impressed with Wach, since Russ does the quote (which was lower than the others), and is also involved in the installation with his brother.
We were going to only replace the glass, but after listening to Russ’s expertise we decided to have the entire window replaced.

2 nd time Russ & his team have put in windows for us. Superb service. Love my windows. I was very nervous about the custom tile work in my kitchen where window was being installed. Not a problem for these guys Not a scratch on my tile.

Recently got a quote from a few companies for replacement windows in two bedrooms and the kitchen, and Wach not only came in the most reasonable for quality of product offered, his windows are also built local (other companies such as Econoline tried to feed the line about needing to lock in prices “before tariffs hit”, sorry pal, not sure why you’re importing your materials when other companies are able to buy Canadian for, apparently, less money), there were zero sales tactics (other company representatives felt more like sales agents than dudes who just wanted to help me get some good windows, including the old ‘pull out the laptop and waste 45 minutes of your...read full review
