The worst customer service I've experienced in a while. Emailed them, nothing back. Phoned them, seemed ok. But didn't follow through with anything. I wasn't even looking for warranty. I just need detailed instructions on which vinyl trim piece to remove to change the glass. 2nd phone call buddy rambled through how to do it, without even knowing which series windows I have.

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF JELD-WEN'S PRODUCTS

Horrible customer service garbage products wish i would have read the reviews before i purchased new windows for my home as they are causing more damage then the 30 year old wood windows that i replaced AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTY IS GARBAGE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️
