I wish I could give this company a higher rating that 5*s.Our dryer stopped producing heat on Monday, April 15th. Most service companies could not even start the process with me until April 26th. We are in the middle of University finals for a number of kids at home and the dryer not working was terrible timing.I was lucky enough to get the suggestion to call RF Appliance, that was my first lucky break. The next was the receptionist Emily who actually answered the phone at RF Appliance (seems to be a growing trend these days of people not answering the phone as though my wanting their business was an inconvenience :-). R F Appliance came to my house to do a warranty part exchange on my Samsung fridge and the technician (Dennis) was very experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend!
Years of great service points to the excellence of RF's service and the inability of the appliance manufactures to make durable products. Every tech we've had in our home has been polite and competent. Dennis has gone the extra mile to give us advice and help us get the most from our warrantee program. Thank you!
