Fridge was in need to repair. I called this company and was given an appointment time promptly - no need for same day. Alex, technician, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. Alex was great and we would not hesitate to call him again for appliance repair. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable.

Well, wasn’t the first time I called Appliance Repair Expert. This time they fixed my Maytag washer and the entire service was GREAT! After the repair, they offered me lubricate the belts to make the washer run more smoothly. And it does now.
