Customers appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff who are passionate about pets and go above and beyond to assist with product selection. The store is always very clean and well organized, making it a pleasant shopping experience. Pet Valu also features a self-serve dog wash, equipped with everything needed for a hassle-free experience. Many pet owners enjoy the convenience of small packets for one-time use. While there may occasionally be a toy or treat out of stock, this does not happen very often. Overall, Pet Valu is dedicated to ensuring pets are healthy, happy, and active, making it a favorite among pet lovers in the community.
The staff here are amazing! I’ve always been an animal lover and pet owner and have been purchasing goods and services from this locations for years. My fur-babies love everything this place has to offer ❤ Zero complaints about any of the staff, service or policies.
That being said, I am so surprised to see a negative review posted recently by a woman (Susan) who lacks time management skills and isn’t taking accountability for herself and blames the store.
She was late to her appt and called to let the store know - When did she call to say that she would be late? It wasn’t over 48 hours (per their policy which SHE provided a photo of) obviously....read full review
By far my favorite place to have my fur babies groomed. They always leave smelling fresh and are happy as can be. Pet Valu Reenders is so accommodating, when I ran late to one of my appointments I respected their late/no show policy and paid the 50% because they are like family and I've been a loyal customer for 6years now and its my fault I didn't manage my time properly.. They were happy to re-schedule me and I just appreciated that they were able to schedule me a couple days later and not shame me for being late because I am human and us humans make mistakes. I love this chain of stores; their return policy was very convenient for us because my four-legged child has allergies. We've returned opened packages of products there several times, and they've accepted them every time without a problem.
