This company is full of unprofessional people who do not stand by their contracts. I had an AC installed in 2020 and just found out they never pulled the electrical permit for the job even though the invoice states "all required permits will be their responsibility" and we got a permit violation from the city. Although they are working under the same name, website, Facebook page and according to a friend same paper work, they say it's not their fault and I should file stating I installed it myself! They will not help, give me names or anything. When the work was originally done I asked for my copy of the permit and was told home owners don't need their own copy and it would be in my file. Their office staff told me it only became a law in 2021 when I enquired 2 weeks ago and wasn't required for my job. They are liars and won't take responsibility for their faults!
