They replaced my battery and cleaned up the inside of my laptop in a day. Staff member showed how I could save by upgrading the required parts over buying a prebuilt. I will say this was not without issues but the staff were great and spent lots of time sorting things out. They also discounted costs when unforseen things came up. I would recommend and use for my needs in the future.“
