The service I received was above and beyond anything I expected. The technician carefully inspected my computer and assessed the problem (a broken screen). He then looked for a screen that would match. As I was leaving for home before a screen that fit would come in, the technician put my computer back together and did not charge me anything. Awesome guys. I get 90 percent of the parts I need through them as with their variety I don't even need anazon. Had a PC problem that was beyond my ability to troubleshoot, guys figured it out in less than 4 hours, took care of my warranty claim for me and offered alternatives. Definitely will be back again.
I was in there yesterday and Anthony was a great help to me. For the longest time I used a gaming mouse for my computer and the scroll wheel wasn't something I used a lot of so never needed to worry too much about it's functionality. These days I need a functional scroll wheel.
