One customer had an older desktop that needed to be upgraded to accommodate Windows 11. The staff member was able to help the customer save money by upgrading the required parts instead of buying a pre-built system. Despite some issues, the staff spent a lot of time sorting things out and even discounted the costs when unforeseen things came up. The customer was satisfied with the experience and would recommend the store for their future needs.
Another customer recently bought a Lenovo Legion Pro 5i Gaming Laptop and was very pleased with the expert advice provided by the store manager, Brad. The customer highly recommends Brad and the store for their next purchase.
