I've shopped at CDC literally for decades. If I remember correctly, they were the first computer repair shop in Winnipeg. Locally owned, their long-term employees ALWAYS have honest opinions and straightforward answers and don't try to upsell you. Their prices are not inflated. Sometimes, I go to the shop just to look around at their weird and wonderful things! Unlike shopping online, you can try it, hold it, turn it around and look at it and get expert opinions of comparing other products. Daniel has been my favourite helper there for a long time. Let's keep this Winnipeg legacy open and shop local!
Cameron and other workers was amazing to work with. He helped me fix GPU issues with both of my PCs completely free of charge and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the process. His customer service stood out he was patient, professional, and went the extra mile by even helping carry my PCs back to my car.

I called to get a quote and compare prices for my Macbook Pro and Cameron was so kind attentive over the phone. He first provided answers to my questions in a succinct manner, but was also kind enough to explain to me that a repair may not even be necessary in my case and suggested another solution (which was already available to me at no cost!). So although I did not receive a repair, I appreciate the service that I received over the phone and this is what this review is for.
