Staff are knowledge and very helpful! They have never tried to upsell me, but have provided advice and given suggestions. I've remained loyal to these guys for a solid decade.
Exceptional customer service!! I brought in a laptop with a broken spacer bar, and between two service technicians, they were able to repair the laptop. This occupied 1/2 hour of time, but when I asked what the charge was, they said “Have a great day, no charge!” This level of business acumen and customer service is extremely rare, and CDC came through. They have made a customer for life. ?
26 Feb. 24I am very pleased with the service I received from Cameron of the Service Dept. today. He solved a problem for me with a stalled update I couldn't get rid of and corrected a problem that wouldn't let me shut my computer down.I received excellent service and had an all around pleasant experience.
