Recently I unexpectedly needed assistive medical devices and not only did Chelsea at Homequip make me feel comfortable and welcome, and assist me in not only selecting items for my needs but making sure I knew how to claim them with my insurance provider, but she even followed up to make sure I had everything I could possibly need to feel safe and secure when returning to home from hospital.
