I bought a walker from here for my mother in Jan 2026 and within a few months, it had a defect with the braking function. I took it in to get repaired. I thought because it was just bought and it was less than 1 year that the defect would be covered and there would be no charge. SURPRISE ! They charged me $50 ! I asked them why this was not covered and the reception did not have an answer for me. Paying $50 to fix which was a defect for a $300 walker is INSANE !
I will never buy a walker from here. In fact, do your homework as there are other places whose prices are better. I now go to Home Equip on Century St. They are better for customer service.

Looking for a wheelchair for a few months until i have surgery. Phoned a few wheelchair suppliers who were really not interested in helping. Until I talked to Anita, who was so friendly and helpful, set me up with a great lightweight wheelchair that my wife can lift into the car. In and out in 1/2 hour. All staff were very helpful and cheery. One of the girls challenged me to a wheelchair race!
