We visited family in Winnipeg this summer and all of them have been going to Cebado Hair Salon for all their hair services for decades.Our hairstylist in Vancouver had a family emergency and we weren’t sure if she’ll be back before school starts. Since school will start the week that we go back to BC, we thought it would be good to get our hair done in Winnipeg.Peter at Cebado is AMAZING!!!
