I have been coming to this Apple location for many years, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had here. I have always enjoyed visiting Apple because I expected a certain level of professionalism, patience, and customer care. However, this visit left me feeling extremely disappointed and honestly quite discouraged.
The person I spoke with did not seem very interested in helping me. We visited the Apple Store at Polo Park today because I received the wrong size Apple Watch band. We were assisted by Shane, and he was incredibly helpful, informative, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions and made sure we left with the right solution.

The store has always been great. It is exactly what we would expect, which is premium costly accessories that for the most part are worth the money except charger cables and adaptors aren’t any better than third-party but the staff is very helpful and will find somebody who can fix any problem have. I even feel comfortable sending my elderly Non-Tech savvy father here alone so that says a lot.
