The circuit board burned out on our old furnace on a recent cold winter weekend. I called Barrtech and to my surprise the owner, Ryan, answered. He came over to do a check and gave us a couple of options. He also brought us space heaters to tie us over until the new furnace could be installed on Tuesday. This saved us a lot of money. His crew was very professional and arrived on time to work diligently on replacing the furnace. Ryan is attentive with updates and also with responding to text messages and emails. This level of customer service is outstanding!
