After calling every supposed 24/7 HVAC contractor’s number in the phonebook at 2:00am when the furnace in our new-to-us house quit (-30 outside), and nobody picking up, I was relieved when Scott picked up the phone and was at our house within 15min. He was friendly and methodical even in the middle of the night, found the problem and a temporary fix until a replacement part came in. Clearly an expert and 100% professional, did a great job servicing our gas fireplace as well when he came back to replace the pressure switch on the furnace. Highly recommended!

Scott initially looked at our furnace, that has been pretty much a lemon for the time that we have lived here - which is over 15 years, where this time the PCB board looked as if it needed to be replaced. Scott gave me a number of alternative solutions but I decided, enough is enough, and we had the 18-year-old furnace replaced under the Manitoba Hydro program. Scott was very clear in his pricing; what permits would be pulled and checks applied by Manitoba Hydro. Scott completed the work on time and to schedule, keeping a clean working area, polite and responsive to our questions.
