Reviews
Eight years ago, we selected SCMI to handle HVAC for our house reno. We did so because they took the time to understand our needs, listen to our concerns and met our budget. The family of SCMI has, since then, provided us with expert and timely service.
Ryan comes to service our HVAC twice a year and is a terrific asset to us. He knows the drill, attends to all the details and does so with aplomb. When there are issues, he's quick to give us a clear explanation and offer a reasonable solution. His follow-up on repairs is excellent. Thank you!
After our blizzard of Dec 18 and despite pressure for numerous calls Donovan attended and adjusted the cold air heat pump and fixed the gas furnace which should have kicked in given the extreme temperatures. All of that is why I am a repeat customer! Saved my day. Thanks SCMI!
