My Piriformis muscles get so incredibly tight from an old injury and repetitive motions while at work. It affects so much of my body,mind and every aspect of my life due to the constant pain. When I have my appointment I feel like I not only get the correct type of massage I TRULY need but I also learn so much about my muscles, and other ligaments that can and are affected. “Went in for deep tissue massage not really any deep tissue work didn’t feel like she knew what she was doing also kept putting her elbow right into my spine which was painful. but I came to give a second chance and this new lady was amazing I’d give her 6 stars this was a deep tissue massage also don’t get me wrong the First Lady gave a great Swedish massage that’s just not what I paid for or what my body needed“
