Jaime is phenomenal! A real old school kind of guy who is strong with customer service, pricing, and expertise. He took the time to understand the problem with my Speed Queen washer, set up a quick time to evaluate and was prompt with his time window offered. He came prepared with the parts and was able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day I called. He was in and out in under an hour and explained what happened, which was greatly appreciated. I absolutely will use Jaime again for any appliance repairs and would recommend him to anyone!
Jamie just repaired our 7 year old dryer and it working great. He was prompt, clean, and efficient. He was also upfront about what he would fix and when he would pass on if there was no point in fixing it. Throw in some free advice about purchasing a new refrigerator, and you understand why I can reccomrnd him highly.
Awesome work, friendly guy & old school customer serivce for my dishwasher. Quick response from Jamie & plenty of communication before he arrived. He showed up on time, explained the problem & showed me the broken part & the new part, tested it and gave me advice on how to make the dishwasher last longer.
He's also a great bank of knowledge on any appliance you're thinking of buying. He listed good brands & models and helped me figure it out with my budget. You can't get his expert knowledge from any Google search or even customer reviews.
