I called on a Saturday morning and got a recommendation for my microwave replacement. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I called a few days later and asked for the sales rep again and left her a voicemail. She did not respond at all. Took my business elsewhere.

Not sure what's going on with Boston Appliance but they are supposed to deliver our appliances this week and they are closed now. Full kitchen appliances is expensive so this looks stealing to us. I just wrote to their Facebook page few minutes ago asking for our stuff and someone deleted my comments and a couple clients asking the same issue. That means someone is monitoring. We are going to the police and figure out what's next.

stole 13,000$ from me and my husband as we ordered i appliances for our new kitchen in December. order was said to have been placed at that given time . come to find out , it never was placed at all . They took our money and are now out of business. Anyone that is in this same situation file a police report with Woburn PD, also with the AG's off . They currently have a case open against the company . Also file a civil case against the owner James and Christian James to go after them personally to retrieve your money back as I have already done so.
