I needed an inducer fan for my Goodman furnace . I called the company that I bought the furnace from, but for some stupid reason they could not get the part for me. my heat went out thanksgiving night, and i learned friday morning that the piece we needed to fix it wasn't available, because every place that might carry it was closed for the holiday weekend. staring down three cold days of no heat, i started casting about for someone who worked there to help me out. brad from the woburn johnstone store actually went over and opened the place up to get me the part we needed. i am so grateful, and spent my thanksgiving weekend toasty in my house, rather than freezing my toes off. can't recommend these guys enough.
