The Office staff is compassionate and caring. If I call to ask a question about my child, I know my questions will be answered in a timely manner, and the staff will spend as much time as needed to answer my concerns. “So in the passed year I moved and I chose the East Bridgewater location cause it's close to me but this office in Brockton is linked and they share patients . Today I had to make a sick visit for my son and my East Bridgewater location was closed. Let me say how absolutely happy I am that I chose Brockton pediatrics. Just like the East Bridgewater location this location in brockton was just as terrific everyone here I met with was so great . I felt from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor that I was fully listened to that I wasn't rushed and that all of my worries were fully taken care of . They were very accommodating and they spoke to both my son and myself . No 11 year old boy wants to go to the doctors they have better things to do but when we left and my son was like they were nice and I didn't feel at all uncomfortable for any any reason I just was so impressed . If I could give more then 5 starts I would . To the staff I saw today THANK YOU and your VERY APPRECIATED.“

“Boston Medical Center is ranked #2 in our state. #14 in the nation. In my personal experience and opinion, the best trauma hospital.BMC provides many services as well as resources to the community.As far as primary care goes, the hospital is not big enough for the capacity of patients it serves.Located off Massachusetts avenue "methadone mile/skid row" is outside there doors causing their emergency room to be flooded with non trauma patients(unfortunately the demographic being, homeless, mentally ill substance abusers).“

“Dr. Gonzalez is truly a wonderful MD. He cares about you as a patient which is quite rare in medicine. He really took the time to listen to me, follow up with me, make appropriate referrals and plan of care. I also have to give a kuddos to his team/nurses at atrius health, they are all wonderful and knowledgable. It is difficult to find this level of support and care with an MD these days, highly highly highly recommend him and this practice. He has changed my life and my health and I am forever grateful!!“
