Patients feel listened to, not rushed, and their worries are taken care of. The office in Brockton is linked with other locations, allowing for shared patients and convenient sick visits. While the doctors receive high praise, there have been some comments about the customer service, specifically when trying to address issues over the phone. The staff is described as occasionally dismissive, condescending, and unconcerned. However, many patients have continued to visit the office for years due to the excellent care provided by the doctors.
I give you 3 stars because I love some of the staff and great drs but last Sunday I wanted to bring my little one in and the lady said if I can’t be there in 20 I can’t come in because you guys close at 10 am. I live 25 mins away so that was very unfair. So are you an urgent care on Sunday’s or not because I’ve come on a different Sunday and I was not told this ! If this happens again I will pull both my kids out and tell many friends not to come there’s other pediatrics with drs that are willing to stay the extra 10 mins to see my sick child.
Absolutely the best doctors office in all of mass. Very caring and compassionate doctors that are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’d recommend this place to anyone over any other office.
So in the passed year I moved and I chose the East Bridgewater location cause it's close to me but this office in Brockton is linked and they share patients . Today I had to make a sick visit for my son and my East Bridgewater location was closed. Let me say how absolutely happy I am that I chose Brockton pediatrics. Just like the East Bridgewater location this location in brockton was just as terrific everyone here I met with was so great . I felt from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor that I was fully listened to that I wasn't rushed and that all of my worries were fully taken care of . They were very accommodating and they spoke to both my son and myself . No 11 year old boy wants to go to the doctors they have better things to do but when we left and my son was like they were nice and I didn't feel at all uncomfortable for any any reason I just was so impressed . If I could give more then 5 starts I would . To the staff I saw today THANK YOU and your VERY APPRECIATED.
