Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors: Honesty, timely and efficient, and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. My roof leaked with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utility room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. Working with Liam and his team was an incredible experience. They do such beautiful work, and we could not be happier with the results. They made the transformation in our 1888 farmhouse look like it was always there. We had a large opening added between our kitchen and family room and two large beams and new ceiling put in our family room. Liam was always communicating with us, and available at anytime to answer questions. His team was always on time, and always left the house clean. I would recommend Liam to anyone interested in a home renovation project
