Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors: Honesty, timely and efficient, and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. My roof leaked with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utility room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace the flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a Saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and came up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. If you want the job done right call Liam Neary Construction you won't be disappointed.

Reviews
Liam is great. Pleasant to communicate with, a genuinely nice person. Transparent fair pricing. I needed some repair work done on my shed (removing water and termite damaged sections, door replacement, etc.). He completed the work in short order and everything came out great. He even came back to fix a light that stopped working during the repairs.
Liam is everything you'd want in a contractor. Able to come soon after an emergency--check. Gives you a detailed and accurate estimate for the job--check. Does what he promised and when he promised--check. Work looks great--check. Great value--check (Great value turns a reasonable price into a great price). He is a former general contractor & can do a wide range of jobs (and knows who to add when needed).
