We wanted to have asbestos pipe insulation removed in the basement of our new house. I had called NESM prior to the purchase to get an idea how expensive it would be. Jim was very helpful, asked a lot of detailed questions in order to give me the most accurate ballpark estimate. He also answered all of my questions patiently. When he came to the house to look at the job and give an estimate he was even telling we wouldn't need to remove the asbestos if we're not planning to be in the basement that often. New England Surface Maintenance had the best price to remove asbestos on all of my pipes in my basement. The crew was super fast and was able to remove all of the asbestos in half a day doing a wonderful job. They were curtious and careful despite having to get into tough spots behind duct work for the HVAC to get to the asbestos. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you need any asbestos removed.
