“I’ve been in buisness for over 30 years and this company is the best I’ve ever seen or used. I’ve had to call them 3 times in the last month to fix my walkin cooler, freezer and another cooler, not only did they come and fix the issues the same day, But I had to call them on the hottest day in the last 100 years when it was 105F and my walk in shot up to 58F and as you would normally expect a company to say “ we are booked right now we can’t come out until next week” these guys came the SAME DAY, late at night. When everyone is done for the day, their techs are out coming to fix your equipment. The techs are great guys, very smart. And as far as pricing goes, they are more than reasonable.. I almost don’t want to leave this review because I want to keep these guys all to myself but I felt I just had to leave a review as I am extremely happy with this company. I will be using them to install a new central cooling system in the fall.“

“I was so hot my air conditioning wasnt working so I hit them up and Ryan told me he was in NH, I told him how I was so hot without AC and could he come by on Monday and get my AC going and he came all the way down from New Hampshire on his day off to put some refrigerant on to get my AC working. I went to pay him because I was extremely happy because I am having a party tonight and already I was dreading it, and he said you dont have to pay me just make sure you and your friends have a good time at the party tonight. “My Family has been an Alvin Hollis customer for atleast 43 years. They continuously deliver prompt, professional, and comprehensive service. Other companies may, MAY offer an initial lower price on oil or installation of various quality products. However, those customers soon find out that not only has their service experience been less than satisfactory, but also, experiencing unsettling price increases. As a comprehensive company, Alvin Hollis can do so many things - from replacing all disintegrating cast Iron plumbing waste lines with PVC, to service and installation of virtually every type of HVAC equipment. Not just your average "oil" co. Their service plan has kept my 28 year old furnace (Alvin Hollis initially installed) running smoothly, and when I inquired about replacement, service engineer - John Gargiulo actually advised that given its condition and outstanding record of service, there is no need for replacement at the time. The point being - Alvin Hollis, specifically Mr. Gargiulo doesn't push the upsell; only an objective evaluation of the situation. Infact, there is never any pressure - even when I recently converted from an oil-fired hotwater heater to an electric. All of my questions were answered by Mr Gargiulo - patiently and professionally over a 2 week period prior to signing the contract. I very much appreciated all of his work on the project!! Also, the "Budget Plan" has really been a godsend in paying for services. The entire staff (especially Pat, when i call with questions, or asking for information) has always been courteous, professional, and knowledgable!! Finally, having been a care-giver for 8 years for my mom (with a debilitating health condition) I could not afford to be with out heat or hot water. The emergency service response time by Alvin Hollis, on the coldest, stormiest days and nights were amazing!!
