“I worked with Daisy Hanson for hair from LSB and she was truly amazing. She was flexible and adaptable with my long hair and desire for extensions and a blowout on very long hair. She even came to my ceremony venue after it finished for a second hairstyle and completed it standing on the stairs outside in Harvard square in the middle of our photos. All of my bridesmaids were raving about how much they loved their hair. Daisy was so lovely to be around and even stayed after initial getting ready to help me put my mantilla veil in. She went above and beyond to help me have the look I wanted and never made it seem like a big lift even though it required so much work. Can't recommend Daisy enough!!“

She crafted a beautiful look that worked with me, the look I wanted, and what’s on trend. She’s also so knowledgable about skincare. I was having issues with breakouts around the time of my trial and she gave me suggestions on products to use and to avoid. By the time of my wedding my skin was much improved, and I was feeling way more confident!

The rest of the team who worked with my bridesmaids, mother, and MIL were so friendly and efficient, and made the morning so relaxing and seamless. The florist delivered my hairpiece later than expected, but Edra stayed longer than contracted to make sure the finishing touches and veil were placed just right. Can’t recommend them enough. “My experience at Philosphe was a 10 out of 10! This is coming from someone who has never had a good experience at a hair salon and has not found a go to stylist in my 30+ years of living. I tend to do extensive research on google, salon website and stylist social media accounts before committing to a spot and unfortunately I have always been left with choppy hair or a cut that was far from my inspiration photos.

I am newish to the area so it took me over a year to find a salon I was interested in and decided to bite the bullet and book at Philosphe. I picked Neli based off of the google reviews and the haircuts on the models she had in her social media. Neli was incredible through my whole experience, she was kind, relatable and honest which I appreciated. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and took the time to check in to make sure things were going well and to my liking. I think I’ve found my go to stylist! I was very happy with how my haircut came out, it far exceeded my expectations.

Coming from someone who is traumatized by other salons and stylists, believe me when I say, this has been the best experience and I would recommend to everyone I know.

Also like to add the woman at the front desk (I am blanking on her name, I’m sorry!) She was very pleasant and she seems like the perfect person to man the front desk! I appreciate when places have kind and welcoming people in the front.
