What a hidden BackBay gem! This salon is located across Agassiz Road on Queensbury Street. I discovered this when searching for a salon that does short haircuts for women located near me on Yelp. I arrived 45 minutes early, but Bianca kindly took me early, which was really kind. My experience started with the obligatory wash with warm water and fragrant shampoo. Bianca worked steadily and efficiently. I really appreciated that she didn't pull on my ears or nick me as I have experienced at other salons that won't be named. It is extra work and challenging work cutting short hair. The cut was stylish, and I walked out feeling fabulous. Price was $100 and well worth it. I will definitely be a return customer and cannot recommend Salon M and Bianca highly enough.

Michelle did such an AMAZING job on my hair. I came in with uneven, discolored highlights and she made my hair beautiful and evenly blonde. She was so meticulous about the highlights to avoid where had already been damaged. I walked out feeling like a new person!! My hair has been completely transformed and looks incredible. I cannot recommend Michelle and this salon enough!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this salon and Micayla!! I came in with completely damaged, brassy/orangey hair (I am usually a blonde) and Micayla completely saved my hair! Ever since I have been going to her my hair has been so much healthier and the blonde color I've always hoped for!

I've also recently decided to get hair extensions and this is the FIRST time I have had extensions that completely blend in with my hair! (before and after below) My hair can be difficult to blend with extensions but Micayla does such an amazing job making them seamless and comfortable! :) I feel so confident with my hair now!
