“I went to Blackroom about three weeks ago for a last minute transformation cut and could not be happier still with the experience! I went from a grown out bob to a bixie style cut, and initially booked my appointment wrong and the desk team was so helpful in helping me fix my booking. I had Kori, who was insanely lovely and listened to me as I expressed my concerns with going shorter with my hair and it fitting me and my body, to which she said “I think it’s more if it fits your style!” Which has completely changed my confidence and views around myself and my hair. “A few days ago, I had an appointment with Savannah, and she assisted me during my laser tattoo removal process.
I want to say that I had an excellent experience, the place is beautiful, the attention is wonderful, and Savannah guided me through the process with so much patience.
I had gotten this eyebrow tattoo about six years ago at another place, and it was way too dark for my skin tone. I was very happy with the results from the very first session. Savannah recommended that at least two sessions would be needed to remove it completely, but I was already satisfied after the first one because my eyebrows lightened so nicely.
She also gave me clear aftercare instructions for the following days. Overall, I just want to say that this place is highly recommended, the service is excellent, and I am truly grateful for the care I received that day.“
