My friend's excellent review about it was enough for me to be willing to try it. I didn't know what to expect as it was my first facial (and I always thought I had a sensitive skin), and I was pleasantly surprised that my skin didn't not have any negative reaction after the whole process of cleaning off the impurities and applying a lot of products.
