Used to go here when I was a kid so I tried them again when I moved back to MA. Same great care I remember!
I had my exam done elsewhere but didn't like their frames collection so I tried this place near where I work. I was asked to make an appointment and come back which was a minor hassle but actually insured that I got a greater level of care and attention and was able to make a more informed choice (no other customers competing for help!). The frames I chose actually cost less than my insurance allowance! (and I didn't see any other price tags that made me balk!) It took two weeks to get the completed glasses back but it seems that good things are worth waiting for here; a little patience paid off with a really great experience.
