The front desk woman was super snappish to me when I arrived early and had new insurance to add to my existing. Then she never checked me in, so I waited and finally asked what the delay was only to. find out she never checked me in. She never apologized either. My eye doctor made sure to get me out fast but as someone whose gone there for a very long time it left a bad feeling in my mouth.

I've been trying to make an appointment for an exam at the Westboro location. I've physically walked in on 4 specific occasions and still have yet to have someone help me make an appointment. Each time there, I have spoken with someone in the office, but I'm told they are not the person that makes appointments and that I should try back later. I have called and left multiple messages and no call back. Think it shouldn't be this difficult to make an appointment. Maybe some basic customer service training would be helpful here.
