Nice gym with friendly staff. They sell preworkout and supplements there and it’s reasonably priced considering it’s a brick and mortar place. This is one of very few gyms in western mass that could even be considered close to “hardcore”. All other gyms are PF, 24 Hour, and other overpriced chains. Membership prices are reasonable. Believe the Google Maps Crowd Meter when it says it’s busy, because it gets so packed you won’t be able to use the equipment you want.

Great equipment, spacious, supportive community and chill staff! I got a great workout in and was basically just let in like family getting a spot my first set in which was greatly appreciated. I'd recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great environment to workout and stay in shape.

Best gym in the area! Always clean and overall has a great positive atmosphere. You get what you pay for and this gym is always bringing in something new and exciting for its members.
