I tried the Bungee Fitness (Level 1) with trainer Aesha and I had a great experience! It was my first time participating in Bungee Fitness and I did not know what to expect. However the vibe of the class was welcoming and Aesha did fantastic as a instructor. She was engaging and attentive from start to end. She noticed each of our mobility levels and showed alternative methods to complete a workout. I'm looking forward to the next class on Sunday!
I attended a bungee fitness class and it was an amazing workout! Aesha did a fantastic job explaining and demonstrating each move, which made it easy to follow along—even as a beginner. The environment felt super comfortable and welcoming, and I left feeling energized and accomplished. I would definitely attend again!
This class was a blast! So fun, everyone should try it, all fitness levels. Everyone was so supportive and there to have fun, smiles all around the room . Jade was fantastic such a great coach, supportive and knowledgeable as well as fun. Simone was really helpful as well! Will definitely be back!
