“A beautiful intimate setting here at Cara Mia Med Spa. So clean and organized. A bit tucked away in location but an easy find after the first time. Best to do is turn into Cafe Barista Plaza, park in the back, enter thru back ramp.Such an amazing experience with Hawraa at Cara Mia! She was attentive to my needs and concerns with my skin. Asked me necessary questions to customize my facial to know what products she was going to use. VERY informative with every product she used on my skin, so much so I had to walk away with a ZO SKIN HEALTH Gentle Cleanser!!! “I'm physically disabled and the exam room I was in had an accessible, low chair/table I could get on easily and it was nice and spacious for me to move around with my walker. The staff are friendly. The only problem was that the exam room was a long way from the waiting room and it was very difficult for me to walk that far. They did offer me a wheelchair, but I have problems sitting, so using one is not an option for me at this stage in my life. I saw Dr. Sheila Greenlaw, M.D, who I highly recommend. She was very nice and explained things thoroughly and made sure she answered all my questions before she left. I will definitely keep her as my dermatologist!“

“I got my top surgery from Dr. Melissa Johnson about 8 years ago. The staff was fantastic and I mean all of the staff even in the hospital. “I found the two owners of Ambiance, Laura and Elaine, to be very professional and attentive. They told me that with their (HCLL) laser treatments , within 2 weeks my hair would stop falling out, which it did . In fact, I was getting new growth as well, as noted by my stylist. Regrettably, I had to move from the area and it became not feasible for me to get to Agawam from my distant location. I tried other places in my new area, but their claims did not come to fruition. As a result, I have less than 10% of my hair left and It is falling out rapidly. I swear by the HCLL hair laser treatments unique to this establishment. It is not possible for me to afford the necessary traveling to return to Ambiance, to my great sadness.“
