Excellent service. Prompt, polite and professional. Appointments have been attended to with minimal or no wait at all. On this last visit to pick up new equipment, Betty was very helpful and efficient. The location is very convenient in West Springfield, MA serving the Western Mass region around Springfield,MA

I met with Susan she was very knowledgeable, she explained everything in detail. She made me feel so comfortable. I enjoyed learning all about my diagnosis and helpful insight to how Airsense was going to change my health . Thank you Sue.

Betty was great. She helped me pick out a mask and showed me how to use it. She gave me receorces to get equipment replaced and told me which next steps I need to take with my doctor.
