“I'm a returning customer. Greg previously redid my basement fireplace. This time he redid my house's original 1960s slate flagstone entry walkway and brick stairway. The walkway was redone with grey beacon hill flagstone concrete pavers and a boarder of charcoal concrete pavers. He repaired the brick stairway foundation and refinished it with fieldstone veneer fronts, blue granite treads, and blue mist granite pavers on the landing. To my flower beds, he added Stanstead granite cobblestone edging and retaining wall on the side by my driveway. As a nice finishing touch, he spread loam on the soil along the length of edging and walkway where the lawn had been disrupted, to prep it for us to plant grass seed. Last, but not least, he added a granite step to my shed entrance. It looks beautiful! At every step of the process, Greg was prompt, friendly, patient and informative. He's dedicated to his trade and the job on hand and he's hard-working. As I shared in my first review, he knows his trade exceptionally well, which is reflected in his work. We are so happy with the quality of his workmanship and highly recommend Greg DeLuca and DeLuca Masonry.“

Not only did Greg take his time to explain what was the problem with my window he fixed it quickly without pushing the need to order any additional parts/hardware that wasn’t necessary and then took time to check out additional windows in my house that needed minor fixing for a very reasonable price. There are extensive preconstruction meetings with a team, which I have not had with previous contractors. These meetings were very helpful, and helped to stimulate thought. “We are so happy we hired Raven to restore our old windows. The windows desperately needed the full treatment to bring them back to life. We had a lot of wood rot and decay, misalignment, loud sash weights, broken cords, etc. Now they function beautifully - sashes glide easily up and down, top and bottom rails line up so we can engage the locks, and they have all new weatherstripping. And now they look incredible too. The original wavy glass is lovely and one window with florentine glass sparkles like jewelry. We couldn't be more satisfied. This team works miracles.“

“We have an 1870's house in the historic part of Concord and all of the upstairs windows were original and needed a lot of TLC. Rather than replacing all of them (we could not use replacement windows, but would need to remove all of the window structures and do a complete replacement with wooden (2 over 2) windows to reflect what was there, we decided to look at window restorers. We found Kim Cleary last year and had his crew remove the windows, bring them back to the stop and rehab them completely in just under 6 weeks. They turned out beautiful and we are really happy with the results. We also noticed that the restored windows are so solid, that we are able to lower the temperature upstairs now, since the heat is not escaping thru them any longer. Just a great all around outcome. Highly recommended. Oh and the price was a bit more than using replacement windows, but would have been less if we completely replaced them with new custom windows.“
