Just had done a second repair job on our gas boiler with pressure increased and water leaking on the floor (replaced expansion tank and a couple of critical valves and system purge). All done same day and reasonably priced given that this was kind of an emergency. And significantly cheaper than other local plumbers in the area. Highly recommended!“

We have allergies in our family, and he and his son took extra care to keep us safe, which was very appreciated. They are able to come scent-free if anyone in your family is sensitive to scents! “Three generations have serviced our boiler and hot water heater competently. And when there's a crisis (like flood from old water heater) they respond super-fast, even on weekends and holidays. The one time they made a mistake they came back and fixed it for no charge. Very nice people.“

“I met Joe Carnevale last winter when I intended to install a geothermal heat pump system. Joe recommended against it telling that an air to air had almost equal efficiency for half the cost. I spent the next few months analyzing cost, basement obstructions of pipes, pumps plus the heat pump. It took awhile. By spring I was ready to move forward with an air to air and got quotes from others including a local Mitsubishi Hyper Heat installer. Last, it was Joe's turn to come back and provide a quote. Joe is a true PRO! I liked his attitude almost as much as I liked his quote, almost $10K lower than a prior company for the same Mitsubishi equipment. Joe even corroborated my thermal heat loss analysis with his Manual J! Very impressed! Joe's team started my installation near the end of June with Steve Duarte as team leader.
