Patient care clearly isn’t the priority here—control is. I waited almost a year for a new patient appointment with Tamar Garcia MD and needed PCP
clearance for upcoming surgery and I explained that to staff. I arrived 13 minutes late due to a severe rain/wind storm plus extra delay because the practice website listed the wrong address.

Instead of acting like a medical office, they acted like bouncers. They repeated a 10-minute cutoff and refused to see me—even though the waiting room was empty and it was still within my appointment time. No compassion, no accountability, no attempt to help. If you want a PCP who treats patients like humans, look elsewhere.

OMG! I called to reschedule my wife's appointment and got scolded over the phone as if I had committed a crime. Super unprofessional and rude. It really hurts when you get treated like that by the people you're seeking care from.
