My rating and comments are about the facility, staff, and general operations, not about individual medical providers. I have had consistently good experiences at this Beth Israel Deaconess Healthcare (now Beth Israel Lahey Health?) facility. The waiting rooms, offices, exam rooms are well-equipped, clean, bright and modern. The blood lab on the 4th floor is friendly and efficient. There's lots of free parking. My only criticism is of the signage (and other visual clues to get you where you need to go). They seem to be trying to do a good job, but they should have more expertise in signage design. This was a follow up appointment post op. Steve (the PA) explained everything in a comprehensive manner and left no questions unanswered. I was in a motorcycle accident and suffered 6 separate injuries. The car that I have received by Dr Stokers team has been exemplary. I needed a prescription and Steve sent it to the pharmacy in front of me during the visit. Thanks for the excellent care!!

They literally saved my life and my sanity. When everyone else was turning me away they got me the medicine I so desperately needed and helped me find a new doctor to continue my care. After 3 months of suffering in pain I am finally on the mend thanks to the medical staff at the Urgent Care office. Thanks to you all!
