“I hired Vlad for a minor furniture repairs (securing seat cushion to base of an entryway bench, repairing dresser drawer slides, and reattaching wood panels to back of bookshelf) and had an excellent experience. Not did Vlad do a great job on each repair, he also worked efficiently, and even asked if there were additional things I needed help with despite the fact that we over time. In addition to his work, Vlad is also a phenomenal human being and it was a truly a pleasure to chat with him while he worked. Would highly recommend!“

“We were immediately impressed with the speed of Ivy’s response to our request for an estimate for our bathroom renovation, Marvin came out exactly the day and time that was agreed upon and got to inspecting the bathroom.A day or 2 later Ivy got back to us with a comprehensive and detailed estimate and we quickly agreed to it. Marvin again came out some time later and we informed them that since we only have 1 bathroom that it would be imperative that they do it during our yearly vacation so we could vacate our house and leave them to do the job.We took an enormous leap of faith with Mavy home improvement but once we met Marvin, we felt really good about leaving our home in his hands. Marvin and Ivy’s lines of communication during the work was more than impressive, we received almost daily updates of the work with pictures and whenever there was a design or materials question , we’d get a call from Marvin asking what we wanted done.We received word that the job was completed a full 4 days before we got home along with pictures of the completed bathroom renovation.Marvin then did a walkthrough of the job and explained all the work they did with my wife. We reiterated that we could not be happier with the finished job or more satisfied with the level of customer service and communication they showed to us as clients.I know the apprehension of hiring a contractor and hoping for someone who is honest and of the highest integrity, well it’s Mavy home improvement. Gary and his team were very responsive and professional and really helped us get out of a mess. They did great work finishing the bedrooms and fixing things the previous contractor had messed up.
