“I recently had an excellent experience with Dave Pratt. He came highly recommended by several neighbors. He worked on a variety of projects - repaired and replaced rotten wood and roofing on portico, replaced cedar shingles, removed carpenter ants and a yellow jacket nest, repaired rotten trim boards by garage, replaced a spotlight and power washed stone steps. The work was done quickly with Dave providing updates along the way. I highly recommend Pratt Home Services.”
“I can’t say enough good things about Geno!
I contacted Geno on Wednesday about a safety issue at my 94 year old dad’s house that caused him to fall.
Geno contacted me that same day, came by the next day for a free estimate, and completed the job the following morning.
Geno came up with the perfect solution!
Customer service, quality of work, and price were all outstanding!”

The attention to detail was incredible — the countertop, and backsplash was installed with precision, and the finish is flawless. They listened to my ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and turned my vision into a space that’s not only beautiful but also highly functional. The craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations, and I now enjoy spending time in a kitchen that feels modern, warm, and perfectly tailored to my needs.”
