He also made a few more suggestions as he went through the house, noticing my front door does not close as well as it should for example.<br><br>I had my list of items and he took the list and improved it by making lots of good suggestions. He had an eye on being pragmatic… cost vs value.<br><br>On time for estimate and on the day he came to do multiple jobs. Follow through on actually doing more than originally discussed and was very reasonable. Highly recommend. Extremely professional and does a great job explaining what he is doing and the pro’s and con’s.<br><br>Already started my list for my next call to Bruce. High integrity, good guy. Looks like an excellent repair and even painted the spot on the frame he made a repair to.<br><br>He even fixed the crooked way the original installer hung the door. One of the jobs involved re-securing bathroom mirrors, which I had been especially nervous about with a toddler in the house. He also designed and installed a handsome railing leading to our basement. On the handyman side of things, Jeff fixed a garden gate and installed a wall mount system for our television. I would, and will, use Lasky Homesmith Services again without hesitation.”

The flashing on my chimneys needed repair and I had some moss on the roof. He sealed the areas around the chimneys and washed all the moss off. Chris was very honest and knowledgeable about the project, I would call him again for future jobs. He even sprayed for mold in my attic!”

Drew was very transparent about pricing and answered all my questions as to how he would do the job. His time estimate for the work was also spot on. Drew and his father (who is a master electrician) came on a Sunday and were in and out in 3 and a half hours, including a thorough cleaning the work area. Highly recommended!”
