“As a beginner, I admit I was a bit nervous walking through the door the first time, but no need! Traci and all the teachers I have encountered so far are intuitive, kind, and welcoming. The classes I have attended are accessible regardless of your skill level and modifications/supports are shared for those who need it (me!) The other participants sometimes chat, but always share a smile. I am glad I found this gem of a studio and look forward to continuing my own development and practice.”
