had a wonderful gentle yoga class today with lynn . she was very nice, the class was very easy to follow and relaxing! i am a beginner and i felt very comfortable. i definitely recommend coming here :)

Stella Maris Yoga & Wellness is amazing! Traci, the owner, opened her doors at the very beginning of the pandemic and despite its challenges has persevered. She has made the space both a very welcoming environment and an affordable spot. Traci believes that yoga should be made accessible to every “BODY” and that’s why you’ll find her pricing and packages so very reasonable. Both she & her instructors make continuous efforts to learn your name & meet your individual goals as a practitioner. Traci truly cares for each individual that walks into her studio.
