“The installation of my heat pump got off to a bit of bumpy start but Cooper Lane stood behind their work and smoothed everything out, to everyone's satisfaction. Gail (the friendly, helpful voice of Cooper Lane) and Matt M (senior technician extraordinaire) are my heroes, and you couldn't find better people to interact with. Cooper Lane Heating & Cooling were recommended to me by a local professional and I would not hesitate to do the same.”
“Nathan followed up on a callback for diagnosis of outdoor AC unit that still wasn't working properly after prior replacement of motor. Everything appears to be working now, thus far. Very professional young man. Listened to my concerns and described his findings. Finally can get some relief from the heat and humidity.”
